March 26, 2010 ~ TECH N9NE Pays Tribute to Sanjeeve

On March 24, 2010, Sanjeeve's favorite rapper, TECH N9NE, paid tribute to Sanjeeve. TECH was in Victoria, B.C., playing two sold out shows that night. We had backstage passes for the show and we had the opportunity to meet TECH N9NE, and fellow rappers, KRIZZ KALIKO, and BIG SCOOB.

Sanjeeve would constantly listen to TECH N9NE, whether it was in his H2, or his room, and of course on his famous iPod, check out his play list on his iPod, and see the amount of TECH N9NE songs there. Sanjeeve helped bring TECH N9NE's music to his friends and family alike. TECH N9NE is the biggest selling independent rapper out there in the music industry, check his site out, www.therealtechn9ne.com.

TECH N9NE was more than gracious with us. He heard Sanjeeve's story and who Sanjeeve was and what TECH N9NE meant to Sanjeeve. TECH expressed his sincere sympathy and went out of his way to sign everything and pose for numerous pictures with us.

In the first clip, Backstage with TECH N9NE, there are pics of TECH paying tribute to Sanjeeve, and signing a personel autograph to Sanjeeve, the autograph pic is enclosed in this first clip, the autograph read: To Sanjeeve, Angel in Heaven, from TECH N9NE.

In the second clip, On stage with TECH N9NE, Sanjeeve's younger brother, Sanjesh, joined TECH N9NE on stage to jam with TECH N9NE, TECH was courteous enough to invite Sanjesh up there, look for Sanjesh wearing the TECH N9NE shirt and standing to the right of TECH.

The third clip, Sanjeeve's favorite TECH N9NE tunes, is a slideshow with Sanjeeve last year while in Disneyland, this slideshow features Sanjeeve's favorite two TECH N9NE songs, RIOT MAKER, and PARTY AND BULLS***.

We would like to thank TECH N9NE for everything, we also would like to thank KRIZZ KALIKO, BIG SCOOB, and to all of the road crew of the STRANGE DAYS TOUR 2010.

January 22, 2010 ~ 200 Days

Today marks the 200th day that Sanjeeve was taken away from us. It also marks the 100th day of this website. We thank all of you for your support of his website, currently over 15,000 hits. Some of you may know that Sanjeeve was a big fan of rap music, particularly of Tech9, but he was also a major rock fan, especially of the group KISS. We have dug up some of the KISS related items.

The first is when Sanjeeve was 3 years old in 1996, he appeared on a newscast with his dad, and the topic was their KISS collection, the whole newscast was over 4 minutes, but we just included the part where Sanjeeve made an appearance.

The second clip is a slideshow with three of Sanjeeve's favorite KISS songs; A Million To One; Heavens On Fire; and Tears Are Falling. Ironically these three songs have taken a true meaning.

The third clip is when Sanjeeve made it on the newspaper, The Vancouver Sun, this again was in 1996 when Sanjeeve was 3 years old.

The fourth clip is a letter the band KISS published on their own official website, kissonline.com. They do not publish every letter, but they published this letter that was sent to the group by his father.

November 30, 2009 ~ Sanjeeve's 16th Birthday Night

On Saturday, November 28, 2009, it was Sanjeeve's 16th birthday. There was not a formal function set up, but Sanjeeve has true caring and loving friends, and many of them came to Sanjeeve's home that day, and night. There was pizza and pop, and everyone remembered Sanjeeve on what would have been a special day for him.

We would like to thank Bandhna (Sanjeeve's girlfriend), and her friend Manpreet who first arrived that day, unfortunately, we did not get to take a picture of them, but we would like to thank them for their support.

Click here to view the pictures that day.

November 28, 2009 ~ Sanjeeve's Birthday

Sanjeeve Eric Kesho Sharma was born on November 28, 1993, in Vancouver, at the B.C. Children's Hospital. Sanjeeve's mother endured over 18 hours of labour, Sanjeeve was born at 2:52 AM on Sunday morning, he weighed a healthy 8lbs and 15oz. This would have been Sanjeeve’s 16th birthday. It would have been a day of celebration for Sanjeeve, his family, and his friends. We had big plans for this day. Sanjeeve may not have liked it, but his birthday would have been thrown at a hall in front of over 300 family and friends.

This was a day where Sanjeeve was to blow out 16 candles, it was a day for Sanjeeve to hang with his friends, it was a day to dance with his girlfriend, and it would have been a day no one would ever forget.

The reality though is that this day now will never happen, not this year, not any year. Sanjeeve will never get to see another birthday because of a careless act of someone who had no regard for the law, and more importantly, no regard for human life.

We had so many hopes and dreams for Sanjeeve. All of that is now just that, a dream. All we can do as family and friends is to remember Sanjeeve not only on this day, but everyday. We would like everyone to light 16 candles on this day, but not to blow them out. Sanjeeve was to blow out these candles, since he is not here; we ask that everyone can keep those candles lit for him on this day.

Sanjeeve would have had to make a wish after blowing out the candles, now we have to make that wish for him; we all know what we wish for, but that will never come true, unfortunately he will never come back no matter how much we wish for it.

We would also like to ask that you post your birthday thoughts on his thoughts page, he would have liked that.

We have enclosed four special clips, the first clip is his birth, the second clip is his first meeting and kiss with mom, the third clip is his first day, and the last clip is his first TV appearance, on Shusma’s show, this was a Hindi show which aired movies with intervals covering birthdays, Sanjeeve was 1 in this clip. Click here to view these clips.

November 25, 2009 ~ Scarface Jacket Story

Many of you may know that Sanjeeve would wear a Scarface Jacket. He was quite proud of that jacket. The story of the purchase of the jacket is classic. During August of 2008, Sanjeeve's family, his uncle, and his cousin's went to Los Angeles. During their day at Universal Studios, Sanjeeve saw the Scarface jacket at one of the souvenier stores. He asked for the jacket but was immediately turned down, the jacket was pricey. Well after the long day at Universal Studios was coming to an end, Sanjeeve's dad and his uncle decided to hit a restaurant bar, and chill out while everyone else still shopped.

Sanjeeve took advantage of this situation, listen to him talking to his cousin, Malcolm, Sanjeeve is asking Malcolm on what he is going to do to get the jacket, while Malcolm is answering all his questions in the background. Sanjeeve states his plan on the audio on why and how he is going to get the jacket. At the end he did get the jacket, listen to the audio carefully, as Sanjeeve is talking a little fast at the end....the plan worked to perfection, his dad did get him the jacket. There is no video, because Sanjeeve forgot to put the video cap off, so click here to listen to the audio that was recorded from it.

November 19, 2009 ~ Casey Printers Tributes Sanjeeve

Today, at the B.C. Lions training facility, Casey Printers, star quarterback of the B.C. Lions paid tribute to Sanjeeve. Sanjeeve was Casey's biggest fan when Casey played here three years ago. Many of you may have seen Sanjeeve wearing two different styles of B.C. Lions jerseys that had Casey's number "1" on it. It's great that Printers is now back home with the Lions.

Today, Casey privately met up with Sanjeeve's dad, Sanjay, and Sanjeeve's younger brother, Sanjesh. Casey was told of who Sanjeeve was, and what had happened to him, and what a big fan of Casey Printers Sanjeeve was. Casey viewed Sanjeeve's picture, and signed the two jerseys that Sanjeeve wore. He also signed a Lions helmet and hat for Sanjesh.

Casey posed for a pic with Sanjeeve's picture, and took more pics with Sanjesh, and Sanjay. At the end of the greet, Casey was given a Sanjeeve Sharma tribute t-shirt.

We would like to thank Jamie Taras, the B.C. Lions organization, and especially Casey Printers. We thank you for honoring Sanjeeve.

October 7, 2009 ~ A hundred days have made us older... since the last time that we saw your pretty face.
Three Doors Down - Here Without You

October 07, 2009, is truly 100 days, and we launch on this date...sanjeevesharma.com.

On behalf of Sanjeeve Eric Kesho Sharma, we welcome you to this site. With today’s vast forms of communication, many people do have a site set up with their pictures, profiles, and thoughts. This form of media is primarily done with facebook today.

Sanjeeve does have a facebook site, and another facebook memoriam site. This site however separates him from the facebook world.

This site is Sanjeeve’s site and all of you who hold a special place in your heart for him. This is also a site that would not be up if Sanjeeve was alive, because we can all still cherish our moments with Sanjeeve while he is with us.

Unfortunately, Sanjeeve is not with us in the physical manner, and this is the reason for this site. Sanjeeve will always be with us in our hearts and his spirit will always touch us, no matter what we are doing and where we are going.

This site will allow you who knew Sanjeeve the opportunity to still see his life in front of you; this site will allow you who did not know Sanjeeve the opportunity to know who Sanjeeve Sharma was.

Please remember that this site will be regularly updated with the most recent news, activities, pictures and videos. Always visit to get the most recent news and updates, this is not a site that will just be posted as you see it now, believe us, this is only a small segment of what is to come.

Here are some quick insights to use for this site. Speakers are a must; it is not only visual, but also sound orientated. The banners that change on the top of your page are representations of what Sanjeeve liked, watched, listened to, etc. Use the tabs that open up on the top of your page when you open up any video or file.

So sit back, grab a box of Kleenex, and spend some time here with Sanjeeve and remember the memories, remember the present, and remember his future that could have been.

We, the parents, Sanjay & Sara, and Sanjeeve’s younger brother, Sanjesh, would also like to thank the following people,

Thank you Erik Muna, for your patience, efforts, and vision for this site that you helped create. To Sanjeeve’s grandparents, Kesho & Mansa Sharma, thank you for your continuing support. Thank you to Gaya Prasad Sharma & his family for their spiritual guidance. Thanks to Johnny, Bob, & Bob in San Francisco, thank you for your continuing support. Thanks to Praveen & Meenu, and Rajeeve. Thank you to all families who are here for us in this trying time, to those who flew to see Sanjeeve’s funeral, and to those who simply make the phone call to express your grief. Thank you to the Surrey Minor Hockey Association which was a big part, 6 years, of Sanjeeve’s life, thanks to the executives, parents, teammates, coaches, and yes, even the opposition.

Last and not least, we would like to give special thanks to Sanjeeve’s friends, thank you for your continuing support, thank you for always coming to our home and spending time with Sanjeeve in his bedroom, and spending time with Sanjesh, your efforts and thoughts that we read or hear from you can never be measured, one certain thing, Sanjeeve has great friends. A special thanks also goes out to Sanjesh’s friends, thanks for the continuing support.
